Got myself a Nintendo DSi from Toys R Us, Tsim Shiat Tsui. Toys R Us is selling it at HK$1599 or roughly PHp 9833 while Toy Kingdom branch in the 3rd Level SM city Cebu is Php 11799 for the unit alone. The unit is a US Version preinstalled with 1.3 software. You can easily upgrade to the latest 1.4 version via the internet. Included in the box is the 1 DSi unit, black color ( which i opted aside from other color options available), the 110v charger, manual and an extra stylus. I fitted the unit already with a transparent plastic case which i got from AstroVision in SM Cebu 2nd Level for Php 249 which includes already 2 screen protectors. The kind lady from AstroVision was able to assist me in the installation of the protectors as it was a bit tedious, making sure no bubbles were created.
Toys R Us also has thrown in a 220v charger as we cannot use the included 110v charger. Since it is a 3 prong plug i just got myself a 3 to 2 prong plug adapter from Ace Hardware for around Php 20.
When you connect to the Nintendo DSi Shop in the menu, you are also awarded the 1000 Nintendo DSi points which you can purchase additonal games.
